Business Automation
Revealing Mind AI provides business automation to help organisations improve repeatable operational work without sacrificing oversight. Connecting the tools you already pay for, so information stops being re-keyed and work stops falling through gaps. Projects are scoped against the tools and inputs already in use, with explicit validation and human review where decisions have consequences. Delivery is remote-first worldwide from Newcastle, Australia, with NSW on-site work by arrangement.
Who this is for
This service is for teams whose routine work involves recurring inputs, checks and handoffs between people or software. It is useful when a documented workflow and system access make the work testable. Discovery establishes whether deterministic rules, AI processing or a combination are appropriate.
Businesses running several good tools that do not talk to each other.
Examples
These examples are candidate workflow patterns, not turnkey integrations or measured improvements for past clients. Each must be matched to real input formats, required checks and systems of record. A production build also needs a defined exception path for missing information and a responsible reviewer.
How implementation works
Engineering starts with tracing a process from initial input to final action, including failures. We then agree scope, permissions, validation rules, approvals and acceptance tests. Implementation connects the necessary components, makes failures visible and documents how the team operates the resulting system.
I map where data is entered more than once, then integrate at the system level rather than adding another manual step.
Constraints & scope
A generated result is not sufficient evidence for a financial, legal or safety commitment. A person reviews consequential actions before they leave the business. Permission limits, inaccessible APIs, ambiguous data and support needs are documented in scope so the workflow cannot silently overreach.
Integrations are built with retries and failure visibility. I do not build silent syncs you cannot inspect.
What to bring to discovery
Bring representative work items with sensitive details removed, the tools holding the current records and the rules your team follows. Identify who owns decisions and how exceptions are handled. This makes the smallest useful build easier to specify and test.
- The software names, account plans and the records currently entered more than once.
- Which tool owns each field and how conflicting changes should be handled.
- A sample handoff, including failed syncs or duplicate records you want to avoid.
Acceptance and handover
Production handover needs tests for ordinary inputs, missing details, duplicates and unavailable downstream systems. The team should know where results are stored, how errors surface and who may approve or retry actions. Acceptance criteria and ongoing support responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
We verify the supported API operations and permissions before committing to an integration. The scope covers field mapping, duplicate handling, validation, failure notifications and recovery. Any recurring software costs and ongoing support are discussed alongside the build, rather than assumed to be included indefinitely.
Questions before a build
These questions explain when AI adds value, how uncertainty is handled and how scope stays proportionate. They are not substitutes for reviewing the business’s access permissions or approval rules. The answers help distinguish an audit, a single-workflow Sprint and a larger custom project.
Do we have to replace our existing tools?
Usually the first step is to assess the tools you already use. Connecting them depends on their supported APIs and your account permissions. If access is too limited, we discuss alternatives before a build is agreed.
Who decides which record is correct?
We establish a system of record and rules for each field. A two-way sync needs a policy for conflicting edits; connecting two APIs alone does not settle that business decision.
Typical engagement
Engagement depends on the number of systems, ambiguity of inputs and complexity of testing. One defined workflow may fit a $4,900 AUD Sprint. Connected multi-workflow builds require a separate scope, while a $1,250 AUD Opportunity Audit can establish requirements before implementation.
Often the fastest win. Frequently fits an AI Workflow Sprint ($4,900 fixed).

Where this service is available
Revealing Mind AI is based in Newcastle, NSW, but delivery is not limited to the local market. Discovery calls, reviews, demonstrations and handover can run remotely worldwide, while on-site NSW work is arranged when necessary. The location pages below give operational examples rather than separate products.
This work is delivered remotely worldwide from Newcastle. For local operational examples see Newcastle AI automation, Lake Macquarie enquiry and job flows, Maitland quoting and tracking or Port Stephens booking and follow-ups. On-site sessions in NSW can be agreed as part of the project.
Related industry applications
Service design starts with the process, not the industry label. Event production workflows show requirements capture and checked draft quotes, while trades workflows address job intake and quoting. API and database planning explains how we connect the relevant systems with approval for consequential actions.
Other capabilities
A real process may combine classification, deterministic workflow steps, custom interfaces and integration with existing systems. The links below explain the boundaries of these capabilities. The right combination follows from discovery and testable requirements, not from including every technology in one package.
