What we collect

When you submit the free AI business demo form we store what you enter: your business name, website address, industry, location, business size, employee count, services, existing software, described challenges and repetitive tasks, and your contact details. When you use the contact form we store your name, email, business and message.

We also record basic usage events — page views, calls-to-action, demo activity and pilot enquiries — in our own database. We use broad browser and crawler categories from HTTP request headers to assess traffic quality. A lightweight first-party script can record whether a page was rendered in a foreground browser and whether a trusted input event occurred. These signals are not proof of a unique human visitor. We do not store IP addresses, raw user-agent strings or persistent visitor identifiers in these analytics events. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

First-party traffic and enquiries

To understand which pages and marketing sources lead to business enquiries, the site may set a short-lived, random tab-scoped session ID in your browser's session storage. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or two hours at most. Our server stores a one-way hash of that session ID, paths visited, a referring domain where supplied, limited campaign tags, and evidence of browser activity or engagement. If you submit a contact or pilot enquiry, that session may be linked to your saved enquiry so we can attribute the enquiry's source. It cannot identify every bot or reliably count unique people across visits.

We do not collect raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints or persistent cross-session visitor IDs in this reporting system. Location/country is not inferred from browser language. Google Analytics and Google Search Console are not connected through this functionality. Analytics session records are retained for a limited reporting period and are not sold to advertisers.

Website analysis

If you give us your website address, our system fetches publicly available pages from that site and extracts the text to inform the analysis. We only read pages that are publicly accessible. We store the extracted analysis, not a full copy of your site.

Why we collect it

To generate your demo, to keep a record of it so you can return to it, and to follow up with you about a possible project. That is the whole purpose.

AI processing

Where live AI analysis is enabled, the information you submit (and any public website text we retrieved) is sent to a third-party large language model provider for processing, from our server. It is sent for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not sell your information, and we do not submit it for model training.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and database provider (Render) stores the data. Where AI analysis is enabled, the configured AI provider processes the submitted text. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and demo records while there is a plausible business relationship. If you want your record deleted, email info@revealingmindai.org and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@revealingmindai.org.
