What we collect
When you submit the free AI business demo form we store what you enter: your business name, website address, industry, location, business size, employee count, services, existing software, described challenges and repetitive tasks, and your contact details. When you use the contact form we store your name, email, business and message.
We also record basic usage events — page views, which calls-to-action were clicked, when a demo was generated and when it was opened. These are stored in our own database. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
Website analysis
If you give us your website address, our system fetches publicly available pages from that site and extracts the text to inform the analysis. We only read pages that are publicly accessible. We store the extracted analysis, not a full copy of your site.
Why we collect it
To generate your demo, to keep a record of it so you can return to it, and to follow up with you about a possible project. That is the whole purpose.
AI processing
Where live AI analysis is enabled, the information you submit (and any public website text we retrieved) is sent to a third-party large language model provider for processing, from our server. It is sent for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not sell your information, and we do not submit it for model training.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and database provider (Render) stores the data. Where AI analysis is enabled, the configured AI provider processes the submitted text. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and demo records while there is a plausible business relationship. If you want your record deleted, email info@revealingmindai.org and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@revealingmindai.org.
