Do you build AI chatbots?
Sometimes, but it is rarely the most valuable thing we can build. A chat interface is only useful when it is connected to real systems and real data. More often the win is in the workflow behind it — triage, qualification, document handling, reporting.
What if we don't know what to automate yet?

Do you work with our existing software?
Yes. We build against the tools you already run rather than asking you to replace them. Integration and data flow is most of the work in a real automation project.

Newcastle, NSW, Australia. We work with businesses across Australia, remote-first, with on-site available in NSW.
Is the free demo actually free?
Yes, and there is no call required to get it. You submit information about your business, the system analyses it and generates a personalised proof of concept you can look at immediately.
What is the difference between AI automation and an AI agent?
Automation replaces a repetitive processing step — it runs when triggered and does one defined thing. An agent decides between multiple actions within guardrails you set. Automation is more predictable; agents are more flexible and need tighter limits and logging.

Cadence Ops is a live event-production platform built by Revealing Mind AI, not the only thing we build.
What is the Revealing Mind app?
The Revealing Mind app is a separate personal life and work OS in private beta, not the studio offering, with public release planned for the second half of 2026.
