Cadence Ops
An operating system for live event production — pipeline, inventory, crew, contracts, compliance and finance in one system, replacing spreadsheets, PDFs and group chats.
Problem
Event production businesses run high-stakes, time-critical operations across crew, equipment, venues and compliance — typically coordinated through spreadsheets, PDFs and group chats, with no single source of truth and no audit trail.
Existing system
Before Cadence Ops, information about a single event — crew assignments, compliance documents, contracts, invoicing — lived across separate tools with no shared data model, making status checks and handovers slow and error-prone.
What we built
Event pipeline
Crew & compliance
Equipment catalogue
Contracts & invoicing
3D stage & site mapping
Audit & reporting
How it works
Cadence Ops is a production web application backed by Postgres, with a versioned 3D stage-layout data model, an AI-assisted layout proposal stage with human review and approval gates, and an audit log recording who changed what and when. Equipment, crew and compliance data are linked so allocation conflicts and expiring certifications surface automatically instead of being missed.
Implementation
| Layer | Approach |
|---|---|
| Data | Postgres with row-level security and an append-only audit trail |
| Application | Deployed as a maintained production service |
| 3D mapping | First-party WebGL viewer for stage and site layout, not an embedded third-party tool |
| AI layer | Draft-only AI proposals for stage layout, reviewed and approved by a person before anything publishes |
Result
Cadence Ops is live, in active use, and under continuous development. It is the clearest evidence of how Revealing Mind AI builds: production data model first, AI as an assistive layer with human sign-off, not a replacement for judgement.
